Hi I’m Eric Clark and I love to sell and negotiate.  I have always had a passion for real estate, but I especially have a passion for selling!  I would love to help you find your home or investment property. I have lived in Edmonton and area my whole life and know this city very well.  I have had many unique experiences in the telecommunications industries.  I have been in literally thousands of homes in Edmonton and surrounding area. I have had an incredible bird’s eye view of what is truly incredible in this city and what is not.
I am extremely easy to talk to and listening to what a customer wants is one of my greatest assets.  When it comes to negotiating, this is one of my true passions.  I love making deals and working till we get the job done!  
My wife and I have been extensively involved in renovating our former bungalow in a mature neighbourhood and have had hands-on knowledge with renovations. We have purchased and managed rental properties. We now live in a newer neighbourhood in Edmonton with our three year old daughter.  I have been involved in our community playground fundraiser as well many charities that help our community grow.  I love sledding, quading and spending time at the cabin with my family.
